Who is coaching at IBB for?

With our coaching offers, we address very different target groups:

Our coaching offers

As part of our coaching, you will receive exactly the support you want. Together with your sponsor, you set the goal and we accompany you professionally on your way there. This can take place both in individual coaching sessions and in target-group-specific group coaching sessions with a maximum of eight participants. A combination of both forms is also possible. 

Our coaching offer can be funded 100 % with an activation and placement voucher (AVGS) from your employment agency or job center.
